JAMMU, Sept 21: Dogra College of Education organized an intra-university seminar to commemorate the hundred and the twenty-fifth delivery anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh, the remaining ruler of Jammu and Kashmir. The workshop topic was “Maharaja Hari Singh Ji and Dogra Dynasty.”
