An instructor who faked a report announcing she had exceeded the numeracy talents test and had to advantage of qualified trainer status has been banned from the profession.
Louise McKiernan informed St Peter Chanel Catholic Primary School in Sidcup, Kent; she had QTS while she applied for a task as a classroom teacher in June 2016.
